At RS WP Book Showcase, our primary goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have put a lot of effort into creating a plugin that helps you showcase and sell books efficiently.

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee with no exceptions or conditions.

1. Our 14-Day Unconditional Guarantee If you are not completely happy with our plugin for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within the first 14 days of your original purchase. You do not need to meet any technical criteria, provide a specific reason, or go through troubleshooting steps to be eligible for this refund.

2. Before Requesting a Refund (Optional) While a reason is absolutely not required to get a refund, we are always here to help! If you are facing configuration errors, conflicts with other plugins, or server settings issues, we strongly recommend reaching out to our support team at rswpthemes@gmail.com. Please give us a chance to help you fix the issue before you leave.

3. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  • Send an email to rswpthemes@gmail.com.
  • Use the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]”.
  • Include your License Key or the email address you used during the purchase.
  • (Optional) Let us know why the plugin didn’t work for you. Your feedback helps us improve, but it is not mandatory for processing the refund!

4. Refund Processing Time Once we receive your refund request email within the 14-day window, we will review and process the refund immediately through our payment provider, Paddle.com. The funds should appear back in your bank account or credit card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. License Cancellation & Aftermath Please note that once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated immediately.

  • You must uninstall and delete the plugin from your website.
  • You will no longer have access to future plugin updates, new features, or technical support.
