Welcome to RS WP Book Showcase (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using the RS WP Book Showcase WordPress plugin and related services (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Software or website.

2. License and Usage

2.1 General License RS WP Book Showcase is a WordPress plugin licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You are free to modify and redistribute the code under the terms of the GPL. However, the intellectual property rights to the branding, logos, and non-GPL assets remain with RS WP THEMES.

2.2 License Keys While the plugin is GPL, a valid license key is required to receive automatic updates and access premium support.

  • Personal License: Valid for use on 1 website.
  • Business License: Valid for use on up to 5 websites.
  • Agency License: Valid for use on unlimited websites (fair use applies).

You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key to third parties. We reserve the right to revoke license keys if we detect abuse or fraudulent activity.

3. Payments and Renewal

3.1 Payments Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3.2 Pricing Prices for the Software are subject to change without notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes on the RS WP Book Showcase website.

3.3 Renewals Your license is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unless you cancel your subscription, your license will automatically renew at the standard price to ensure uninterrupted access to updates and support. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue that we cannot resolve, we offer a refund within 14 days (or 30 days, as you prefer – please edit this) of your original purchase. Please verify that you have read our full Refund Policy before making a purchase.

5. Support Policy

Support is available to users with an active license key.

  • Support covers installation, configuration, and fixing bugs within the plugin.
  • Support does not cover customization of the plugin code, conflicts with third-party themes/plugins not officially supported, or fixing issues on your specific server environment.
  • Support is provided primarily via email or our support ticket system.

6. Updates

Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your license expires, you may continue to use the plugin, but you will not receive new features, bug fixes, or security patches.

7. Warranty and Liability

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes, or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any data loss or site damage that may occur when using the plugin, though we strive to ensure the highest quality and safety.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any information submitted by you (such as name, email, and payment details) is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not store your credit card information on our servers; payments are processed securely by Paddle.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dhaka, Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
